Treatment Insights

One-size-fits-all has no place at Simple Recovery. Our vision of client-centered care and exceptional clinical staff with creative and effective services, allows Simple Recovery to excel in the business of saving, rebuilding and celebrating the restored lives of the clients and communities we serve. In partnership with our clients, Simple Recovery creates a single, undeniable focus: internalizing the drive to recover from active addiction and establish a healthy, meaningful life. Every client is an individual and every treatment program is individualized. Its about getting personal with clients and getting clients involved in their recovery. The result is treatment that doesn't feel like treatment. No client who walks through our doors is a number. We know how courageous it is just to show up. The prevailing attitude at Simple Recovery is "If you won't quit, we won't quit on you." Simple Recovery's client-to-staff ratio allows for meaningful interactions with personal growth. We meet the needs of each client at their own pace. We are driven by a remarkable staff and hire for clinical and experiential diversity. We empower our clients and their families to join us on the path to recovery.

Areas of Focus
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a highly specific, research-validated form of therapy that can help people overcome traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. With EMDR, a trained practitioner uses bilateral stimulation, eye movement and touch to stimulate parts of the brain as a patient recounts certain experiences and memories as a way to more thoroughly process uncomfortable, painful feelings.

Client & Family Support Groups

Group therapy is a vital component of addiction recovery treatment, considered as important and effective (sometimes even more so) than individual therapy. Benefits include reducing isolation and loneliness and providing the opportunity to learn from others in recovery. In the addiction setting, group therapy is run by trained professionals who guide participants toward a shared goal of recovery.
