The goal of our program is to identify, diagnose, and treat the core issues that led to substance abuse, as well as co-occurring mental illnesses that may be hindering a person’s ability to recover. Our unique program was created as an immediate response to the critical nature of substance abuse. The benefits of seeking help at a residential program far outweigh the benefits of outpatient or individual therapy for those whose addiction issues have accelerated to a dangerous level of behaviors. We understand that you have utilized your valuable resources to hire us to do a job for you, and also understand that you have hired us because it is a job that you now understand that you cannot do for yourself and as such, have agreed to let us do the work you have entrusted us to do.

- Individualized Treatment
Some facilities have an addiction treatment protocol that all patients or clients are expected to follow, while others customize or individualize treatment based on a person’s unique needs and circumstances. How Our Helpline Works
For those seeking addiction treatment for themselves or a loved one, the Recovery.org helpline is a private and convenient solution.
Calls to any general helpline (non-facility specific 1-8XX numbers) for your visit will be answered by American Addiction Centers (AAC).
We are standing by 24/7 to discuss your treatment options. Our representatives work solely for AAC and will discuss whether an AAC facility may be an option for you.
Our helpline is offered at no cost to you and with no obligation to enter into treatment. Neither Recovery.org nor AAC receives any commission or other fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a visitor may ultimately choose.
For more information on AAC's commitment to ethical marketing and treatment practices, or to learn more about how to select a treatment provider, visit our About AAC page.
