Customer service was nice. But they have Limited options. Kaiser is a good facility with a solid reputation and I hope to continue to have their care

Meals were good. Cleanesses was poor. They had beautiful vistor hours

I was treated with respect, I feel all areas of my nature were considered and I had the opportunity to learn more about myself in all aspects: physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

staff and programs were strengths of the facility. it worked for me the 2nd time around and they were accommodating when I came back after relapse.

Open and friendly staff that seemed to be well trained. Several of the staff shared their own rehab experiences which was very helpful.

Strengths of the facility: All addiction. Weaknesses: none. Good place.

It was mostly outpatient, full-day, but they made sure she had support and resources when she wasn't there. It did the job.

Program was out-patient. Most of the counselors had been addicts and/or alcoholics. It is a good "salt of the earth" program.
