Did not accommodate my technical time. Almost every time it was cut at-least 5 to 10 minutes short just because that person was getting off shortly.

Detox is the first (and most dreaded) step. Know that it’s not like doing it on your own. You are kept safe and comfortable the entire time.
The majority of time is spent in 1:1 and group therapy. Other forms of therapy here use art, music, horses, adventure, and eye movements to bring awareness to subconscious feelings that may be holding you back.
