Dr. Marchando is, perhaps, most well-known for her contribution to the professional field serving clients with comorbid PTSD and Dissociative Disorders; along with numerous licensures, publications, and an extensive public speaking record. With nearly 15 years of experience in the recovery industry, Dr. Marchando brings programmatic and directorial skills, as well as certificates in Incorporation Therapy and Hypnotherapy. Dr. Marchando is the Executive Director for DreamLife Recovery.

Lidice believes that a professional work atmosphere fosters cohesion and malleability amongst herself and her coworkers; thereby increasing both the level of patient care and quality of life.
