Charles has been with Brentwood Hospital in various administrative and clinical capacities for more than 20 years. He has a master’s degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work in New York and a master’s degree in Business Management from Tulane University in New Orleans.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science from Athens State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Stamford University. He was previously licensed as a social worker and certified as an addiction treatment professional while serving in direct patient care roles. Mr. Weaver is a hands on executive that places a high regard on ensuring staff and patients are treated with the best possible care in a compassionate environment. Personally, he is the married father of three children.
