THIS AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009This task order covers Contract Administration (CA) services for Construction of the Visitor Emergency Operations Center (VEOC) at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. A sole source award to Mason Architects as a logical follow-on task order is considered to be in the best interest of the government for successful project completion. Mason Architects is the Designer of Record for HAVO 121844, and therefore the best qualified firm for potential RFI processing, material submittal review, and interim inspections. In addition, liability for design, answering of any potential errors and omissions within the construction documents, and design clarifications can only be answered by Mason Architects.
