This project consists of repair/replacement of various exterior elements to buildings 2/3, 9/10, 26, 50 and 65 located at the Fort Meade VAMC Campus. Work Elements include porch decking replacemtnt, balustrade replacement/repair, gutter and downspout work, fascia replacement, soffit replacement, cornice/crown molding replacement, painting and other miscellaneous repairs.
This project is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this pjoject is between $100,000 and $250,000.
