....Fix all the public schools that are falling apart. Expand and update Baltimore's Shelter and Food Pantry infrastructure. Prevent air and water pollution at its source with the most current technologies. Upgrade the Baltimore water delivery system. Maybe then 100 year old pipes will stop rupturing all over downtown! But I wont hold my breath, its a forgone conclusion the bulk of this precious money will be spent on utter non-sense instead! Reply

I have gone through all 41 projects listed in the Baltimore area as of 5/29/09. With regards to the vast majority of the projects, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED! In case the wiz kids from D.C. have never visited inner city Baltimore, this is a city with HUGE amounts of poverty screaming out for aid! Here are some ideas for "the money:" Building SROs (Single Room Occupancy) housing complexes for the homeless. Keeping all the recreation centers and pools open this summer, fix the schoo Reply
