This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a Request for Proposal development. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing Indefinitely Delivery Contract. The task order will be Firm Fixed Priced. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220: Size Standard is 33.5 Million.
SCOPE OF WORK FOR TASK ORDER: This Task Order is for the Renovation of Barracks Buildings 4-1137, 4-1238, H-4952, and H-5752. Work includes installation of new pipe and insulation for four pipe conversion, design and installation of a sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 13, installation of new LonWorks direct digital controller & panel for water system. Additional work includes the renovation of interior, walls, doors, interior finish, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
