The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), AND THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OF SEATTLE WA HAVE AGREED TO SET THIS REQUEST ASIDE UNDER THE 8A PROGRAM.
