Finally! A proposal that clearly outlines what the funds will be used for, and states the purpose and end goals. This is one of the few straight forward proposals that could really accomplish something! Reply

Reply to Andy : Nope. Disagree. Let those who use the bridge pay for its repair. There is no Constitutional authority for forcing all federal taxpayers to fund any of these projects. Reply
