Four hundred + jobs for people in need of employment could help the working man keep his home, or pay past due bills, or educate his children. The problem is I just don't trust the government. If the contracts were open to competitive bid rather than union wage contracts I would support the project. In these times it's the working man without a job, lacking the support of unions that needs a hand up.
