Reply to bruce : My understanding the Vista interchange rebuild was absoultely required to widen I-84. (The bridge was not wide enough.) I-84 clearly needs to be widened through Boise to deal with existing, let alone increasing, stop-and-go traffic & dangerous traffic near the airport. Reply

Reply to bruce : My understanding the Vista interchange rebuild was required to widen I-84. (The bridge was not wide enough.) And I-84 clearly needs to be widened through Boise to accomodate existing, let alone increasing, stop-and-go traffic, and backup into the freeway at the airport exit. It's unfortunate the bridge wasn't built to accomodate extra lanes in I-84 earlier, but there is a problem to be fixed now. Reply

Reply to Wade : reply to Wade: Okay, the construction was necessary. So let the taxpayers in that state foot the bill. This mindset that everybody should pay the bills they did not incur is what is bankrupting this country. Reply
