Tons of people use those paths for exercise, and connecting them will give more people safe access to the paths. Reply

This is so Barney "Fife" Frank and his "friend" can enjoy nature after smoking some pot. Dont want to waste a good buzz on some unsightly urban vistas. $3 M is a drop in the bucket relative to the Big Dig or giving out free cell phones and minutes to those in need...right Barney. Reply
