This Solicitation is issued on 2 November 2009, via internet only on FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FedBizOpps only.
It is the contractor's responsibility to check the website for any posted changes to this Solicitation. Prospective contractors may access this website to download the Solicitation and any amendments (if any were issued) after issue date. No corrections and/or changes to quotes will be allowed after the response due time and date. Quotations are due no later than 18 November 2009.
Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract award. This requirement is advertised as Commercial under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Solicitation will be restricted to Small Business. Price range is under $100,000.00.
The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
