Sir, welcome to our AA Mens' Meeting
The only requirement for A.A. membership is a desire to stop drinking. (3rd Tradition)
The format of our meeting is topic discussion. (announced every week-end)
Our group secretary sets up the Schedule of Chairpersons. Our current secretary is Tony N.
We 'suggest' that you send a brief introduction to the group and include your sobriety date along with your town, state or province, and country.
Please say if you are willing to chair meetings. (this can be changed at any time)
This is the Internet... so crosstalk happens! The Big Book of A.A. says, "Love and tolerance of others is our code." To this end, may we be mutually respectful of one another.
The list-owner (space custodian) is ezimmer@io.com. This list is NOT moderated.
If you would like to receive messages in a digest form you can unsubscribe to aamen@io.com and subscribe to aamen-digest@io.com (we can help you with this)
In spite of the great increase in the size and the span of this Fellowship, at its core it remains simple and personal. Each day, somewhere in the world, recovery begins when one alcoholic talks with another alcoholic, sharing experience, strength, and hope.
